Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your UMA Premium Products to you in the best condition possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Philippines.
For orders outside the Philippines, kindly contact us first before placing an order to confirm availability and shipping arrangements.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier partner, but are generally estimated as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

4. Shipping Fees

A flat rate shipping fee of Php231 applies to all shipments within the Philippines for orders weighing between 1,000g to 3,000g. For special arrangements or bulk orders, please contact us in advance.

5. Warm Weather & Perishability Disclaimer

As we sell a perishable product, we take great care in packaging to protect your chocolate from heat. However, we are not liable for melting, softening, or other heat-related damage during transit, especially during warm weather or extended courier delays. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the parcel immediately.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Courier Delays or Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving delivery concerns.

8. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s tracking page.
