Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our 100% dark chocolate products. Due to the nature of food items and our commitment to food safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.


However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund subject to the conditions below.
 
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or spoiled

  • The item was missing from your order

2. Conditions for Request
To be eligible, please ensure that:

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • The product remains unopened and in its original packaging (if applicable)

 

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please email us at umapremiumproducts@gmail.com with the following:

  • Full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

 

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.


4. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If a refund or replacement is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping or resend the item at no cost to you.

  • We do not refund original shipping fees for change-of-mind or non-qualifying returns.
     

6. No Refunds for the Following:

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues beyond our control

  • Improper storage or handling after receipt

  • Opened or consumed items
